Product Introduction

The stone wire saw technology originated from the multi-wire cutting machine used in the photovoltaic industry for slicing silicon wafers. Among them, the diamond wire utilizes a process of electroplating diamonds onto a thin metal wire, which grinds the material being cut through the diamonds on the wire, thus achieving material cutting. Since the application of diamond wire in the photovoltaic silicon wafer processing industry in 2015, it took only three years, by 2017, to complete the replacement of traditional slurry cutting technology. By then, the number of diamond wire cutting machines in use had already surpassed 10,000 units.
